My name is Ashley and it's an honor to share this space with you. l have spent the last 10+ years in the healthcare industry journeying with people facing a new diagnosis, life limiting or threatening conditions, traumatic experiences and the death of loved ones. I've faced a global pandemic and numerous healthcare situations working alongside some of the bravest healthcare workers you may never meet but absolutely know someone like. Now l have the honor of sharing all that experience combined with clinical knowledge to continue this journey with you. I bring compassionate truth exploring how life experiences show up in our bodies while attuning to how our emotions want to be held and acknowledged.
